Fee schedule

For a two (2) party four (4) hour mediation (half day) $3,950.00
For a two (2) party seven (7) hour mediation (full day) $5,950.00
For each additional party in a multi-party mediation $950.00
For overtime (per additional hour) $950.00

These rates include all preparation time, regardless of the number of hours spent in preparation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Mediation cancelled more than 90 days prior to the mediation -

Full day - no charge
Half day - no charge

Mediation cancelled more than 60 days prior to the mediation but less than 90 days -
Full day - $2.250.00
Half day - $1,500.00

Mediation cancelled more than 30 days prior to the mediation but less than 60 days -

Full day - $3,000.00
Half day - $2,000.00

Mediation cancelled less than 30 days before the mediation -

Full day - $4,000.00
Half day - $2,600.00

Mediations on short notice

I am pleased to do emergency bespoke mediations at night or on weekends to accommodate counsel with imminent trials. These mediations can be arranged with advance notice of two days by either contacting my office or by contacting me directly.
